Instructions

- Prepare your cheese ribbons: Cut each slice of cheddar cheese into 4 thin strips, about ½ inch wide. You should have 16 strips total.
- Open the crescent roll dough. Do not separate along perforations. Use a pizza cutter or sharp knife to cut the entire sheet of dough lengthwise into 8 thin strips, each about ½ inch wide.
- Prepare your hot dogs: Make a small slit down the center of each hot dog, being careful not to cut all the way through.
