A quick and easy salty-sweet treat featuring creamy white chocolate, crunchy pretzels, and chewy candy corn. Perfect for Halloween parties and fall gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips or melting wafers
  • 1 cup mini pretzel twists, crushed
  • 1 cup candy corn
  • Optional: ¼ teaspoon flaky sea salt (like Maldon)

Instructions

  1. Line a half-sheet baking pan with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Set aside.
  2. Place 1 cup of mini pretzel twists in a ziploc bag. Seal and gently crush with a rolling pin or measuring cup to a mix of pea-sized pieces and smaller crumbs. Set aside.
  3. Put 12 ounces of white chocolate chips in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each, until mostly melted (about 1.5 to 2 minutes). Stir until completely smooth.
  4. Pour the melted white chocolate onto the center of the prepared baking sheet. Use a rubber spatula to spread into an even layer about ¼-inch thick.
  5. While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle the crushed pretzels evenly over the surface. Scatter the candy corn on top, pressing each piece gently into the chocolate. If using, sprinkle flaky sea salt over the top.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and let set for at least 30 minutes, until completely firm.
  7. Once set, lift the parchment paper out of the pan. Break the bark into irregular pieces with your hands.

Notes

Don’t overheat the white chocolate; it burns easily. Crush pretzels unevenly for better texture. Press toppings gently into the chocolate so they stick. Let bark set completely before breaking. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days, or refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. Freeze for up to 3 months.
