Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted unsalted butter, and sugar. Mix until crumbs are evenly coated and look like wet sand. Press mixture firmly and evenly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to set.
  2. Make the Lemonade Filling Base: In a medium bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and lemon zest. Let rest at room temperature for 5 minutes.
  3. Whip the Cream: In a large chilled mixing bowl, beat heavy whipping cream with sugar and vanilla extract using an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
