A refreshing, fizzy summer party drink featuring pink lemonade, pineapple juice, and sparkling bubbles, garnished with fresh fruit. Perfect for birthdays, picnics, or any sunny gathering—easy to make and a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (12 oz) pink lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 2 cups pineapple juice, chilled
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 2 cups lemon-lime soda (Sprite or 7UP), chilled
  • 2 cups sparkling water or club soda, chilled
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks (optional, about 150g)
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup maraschino cherries (about 100g)
  • Ice cubes, as needed

Instructions

  1. Chill all ingredients for at least 2 hours before mixing.
  2. Fill a large pitcher or punch bowl halfway with ice cubes or crushed ice.
  3. Pour thawed pink lemonade concentrate, pineapple juice, and cold water into the pitcher. Stir gently until fully blended and smooth.
  4. Slowly add lemon-lime soda and sparkling water or club soda. Stir gently to preserve bubbles.
  5. Add pineapple chunks, lemon slices, and maraschino cherries for garnish.
  6. Taste and adjust: add more soda for sweetness, more sparkling water for less sweetness, or extra pineapple juice for tang.
  7. Serve immediately by ladling into glasses filled with ice and garnish each with a cherry or pineapple wedge.
  8. For make-ahead: mix lemonade, pineapple juice, and water, refrigerate, and add soda and sparkling water just before serving.
  9. If punch turns flat, check soda freshness. For brighter color, add a splash of cranberry juice.
  10. Wipe the rim of the pitcher or bowl with a lemon wedge before serving for extra citrus aroma.

Notes

Chill all ingredients for maximum fizz and refreshment. Add soda and sparkling water just before serving to keep bubbles lively. Layer fruit garnishes for a beautiful presentation. For a low-sugar version, use diet soda and sugar-free lemonade concentrate. Alcoholic options include vodka, coconut rum, or prosecco. Customize with seasonal fruits or herbs like mint or basil. Store leftovers (without ice/fruit) in the fridge for up to 24 hours; fizz will fade but flavor remains.
