A quick and healthy dessert bowl combining creamy full-fat Greek yogurt with fresh strawberries, raspberries, honey, granola, and nuts for a light yet indulgent treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (240 ml) full-fat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • ¼ cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey (raw or organic)
  • ¼ cup granola
  • 2 tablespoons chopped nuts (walnuts or almonds)
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of full-fat Greek yogurt with ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract if using. Stir gently until smooth and creamy.
  2. Rinse ½ cup of fresh strawberries, pat dry, and slice into thin pieces about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Gently rinse ¼ cup fresh raspberries and pat dry carefully with a paper towel.
  4. Spoon the yogurt into your serving bowl as the base layer. Add the sliced strawberries and raspberries on top, distributing evenly.
  5. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey over the fruit.
  6. Sprinkle ¼ cup granola and 2 tablespoons chopped nuts over the top. If using, scatter 1 teaspoon chia seeds now.
  7. Finish with a few fresh mint leaves for garnish and serve immediately.

Notes

Add granola and nuts just before serving to keep them crunchy. Use full-fat Greek yogurt for best texture. For vegan option, substitute yogurt with coconut or almond-based Greek-style yogurt and honey with maple syrup or agave nectar. Fresh berries are best; if using frozen, thaw and drain excess moisture. If bowl tastes too tart, add extra honey or banana slices.
