These bite-sized cheeseballs combine creamy ranch-seasoned cheese, crispy bacon, and a crunchy everything bagel coating for an irresistible party snack. Quick to make and packed with flavor, they’re perfect for gatherings, potlucks, or lunchbox treats.

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • 6 strips cooked bacon, finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions, finely sliced
  • 1/2 cup everything bagel seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and chop finely.
  2. Place cream cheese in a mixing bowl and let soften at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Add ranch seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce (if using), shredded cheddar, chopped bacon, and green onions to the bowl.
  4. Mix with a hand mixer or sturdy spoon until fully combined.
  5. If mixture is sticky, cover and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Scoop heaping tablespoon portions and roll into 1-inch balls.
  7. Pour everything bagel seasoning into a shallow dish and roll each ball to coat all sides.
  8. Arrange bites on a serving platter. Garnish with extra green onions or seasoning if desired.
  9. Serve immediately or refrigerate until needed.

Notes

For vegetarian, use veggie bacon bits or smoked paprika. Chill mixture if sticky for easier rolling. Double-dip in seasoning for extra crunch. Make ahead and roll in seasoning just before serving for best texture. Can be frozen and thawed overnight.
